This project was the culmination of my Advanced Business Analytics Course at SU. I had the opportunity to follow the full pathway of solving a problem as an analyst; from asking questions about a new data set, to narrowing down the data, to drawing insights, before finally making recommendations.

My favorite part about this project was the opportunity to work with machine learning to predict earthquake intensity based on variables like location, year, focal depth, and tsunami presence. For business insights, having this kind of data could be indispensable if opening new sites in areas known for having earthquakes.
